Kadayawan sa Dabaw - Eden Nature Park

Rented a private cab (Krizhia) for 2500php from 1-6pm starting from NCCC Mall, Matina. Our first destination is the Eden Garden Nature Park.

Entrance Fee: P200 with complimentary plated snack
Guided Day Tour: P120

A mountain resort located in the district of Toril, Eden Nature Park is right at the foot of Mt. Talomo quietly nestled on a sprawling expanse of about 80 hectares of land on top of the mountain and about 2650 above sea level. It is 95% man-made and only 5% naturally grown. Wow! I listened very well to the guided tour:-)

Found inside the resort are nature-inspired features such as...

1. the green and luscious amphitheater

2. the hydro phonic garden, where vegetables, herbs and spices are being cultured.

 3. dragon fruits about to blossom

4. Lola's Garden

 5. Day Tour Center where all the tour starts

6. Souvenir shop

7.  Vista Restaurant where the buffet lunch and plated snacks are served.

8. the Fishing Village

We opted to have our light snack at the fishing village in a nipa hut while watching some tourist catching fish on the pond behind me.

9. the Campsite

Another group of tourists started to flock at the Lola's Garden while ours is almost done.

It got all foggy when we went back to the resort lobby ..

Up to our next destination..the Japanese Tunnel and Crocodile Park
